I've been using a competitor of Audiogest for quite some time, and a couple of months ago I started using Audiogest in parallel. It does a near-perfect job 99% of the time, which is more than I would have expected. I have the feeling that the system / app is constantly upgraded and improved, so I would recommend Audiogest for everyone who has multi-language transcription needs.

While many solutions handle virtual meetings well, few work reliably in a physical meeting setting. This tool excels at both accurate transcription and producing clear, actionable summaries that are genuinely useful for execution.

Huge time saver for checking notes on tabletop gaming sessions - I know I forget to write things down, and having extra detail at my fingertips because I've recorded the sessions and know (mostly) what was said is incredibly helpful. It can struggle a bit with a lot of speakers, especially if the audio quality isn't great. Those are both true facts about my TTRPG setup, so it may not necessarily capture /who/ said what, but that's not usually super important for my use case.

I uploaded a recording that I made with my phone, so the quality is poor. There are two speakers with a strong Austrian accent. The result was quite good, bearing in mind that the transcription process is fully automated and extremely fast. For now, I'll continue to use Audiogest!

The interface is simple, uploading is fast, and most importantly — it allows you to get not only a transcript but also structured meeting summaries right away. I’d rate the quality of Ukrainian speech recognition at 3.5 out of 5 — there are quite a few errors, even with decent audio. However, the AI-powered summarization almost makes up for it and delivers a result that’s usable in practice. As a tool, it’s worth considering — especially when you need to quickly move from conversation to action.

Audiogest is a very useful tool that saves us a lot of time when transcribing and analyzing audio files. The program works quickly and provides reasonable accuracy. I recently used Audigest to help with transcribing interviews, and I couldn't be more satisfied with the results. Automation of such a boring and mundane task as transcription is great. The quality of transcription is great and through the option to write custom prompts I can make it fit my specific wishes. Very happy! My biggest doubt was if the AI would change the content of the interviews, as for scientific puposes it is important that the exact words are transcribed (not just meaning).
