How do we store your data?
Your email address, user profile, and any transcripts or summaries are stored on secure servers located in Amsterdam, the Netherlands. All audio and video recordings converted to audio files are securely stored on Amazon Web Services and Cloudflare servers within the European Union. You may remove your recordings, transcripts, and digests by deleting the files in the web application.
Retention of Data on Account Deletion
To prevent fraud and ensure the integrity of our services, Audiogest may retain certain information, including your email address and some billing details, even after you delete your account. This information will be kept securely and only for as long as necessary to prevent fraud and comply with our legal obligations.
