By accessing and using Audiogest web application, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. If you do not agree to these terms and conditions, you may not use our web application.
Use of Service
Audiogest web application provides a transcription and summary service that uses the OpenAI API. You must be at least 18 years old to use our web application. You must also provide a valid email address to create an account.
Intellectual Property
All content and materials available on Audiogest web application, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and software, are the property of Audiogest or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws.
Limitation of Liability
Audiogest does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of the transcription and summary service provided through our web application. We are not liable for any damages, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, and consequential damages, arising from the use or inability to use our web application.
Privacy Policy
Your use of Audiogest web application is subject to our privacy policy, which can be found on our website.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold Audiogest and its affiliates, officers, directors, agents, and employees harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys' fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of your use of our web application, your violation of these terms and conditions, or your violation of any rights of another.
Termination
Audiogest may terminate or suspend your access to our web application at any time, without notice and without liability, for any reason whatsoever.

Refunds
We do not offer refunds for purchases made on our web application. If you have any questions about our refund policy, please contact us.
If you have signed up after or on 24 February 2024 you may be eligible for a refund. Please contact us at [email protected].
Free Credit Abuse
It is forbidden to abuse free credits that may be received when signing up. If we detect that you are abusing the free credits, we will terminate your account and you will not be able to use our web application again.
If you really need additional free credits or cannot afford our prices, please contact us.
