Prerequisites

  • A audio or video recording file.
  • Audiogest account.
  • A recording file not exceeding 350MB in size and 4 hours in length. All video and audio file types are supported.

Step-by-Step Guide

  1. Prepare Your Recording File

    • Locate the generic recording file on your device.
  2. Login to Audiogest

    • Open your web browser and go to the Audiogest website.
    • If you already have an account, click 'Login' and enter your credentials.
    • If you're a new user, click 'Sign Up' and create your account.
  3. Upload Your Recording File

    • Once you're logged in, navigate to the 'Upload' section.
    • Click on the 'Browse' button to select your recording file.
    • Alternatively, you can drag and drop the file into the designated area.
  4. Specify the Number of Speakers

    • Use the dropdown menu or type in the number of distinct speakers in the recording.
  5. Provide Vocabulary

    • In the 'Vocabulary' field, enter specific words, names, or acronyms that are relevant to the recording. This will help improve the accuracy of the transcript.
  6. Generate Transcript

    • Click on the 'Generate Transcript' button to start the processing.

  • Your file must not exceed a size of 350MB or a length of 4 hours.
