Pre-Requisites
- Zoom application with saved meeting recordings.
- An Audiogest account.
- Comply with file requirements: up to 350MB and no longer than 4 hours. All audio and video formats accepted.
Steps

Find Your Zoom Recording
- Navigate to the Zoom application and go to 'Recordings'.
- Locate the recorded meeting file.

Save the File
- Right-click on the file and choose "Save As" to download the recording.

Access Audiogest
- Open your browser and go to Audiogest's website.
- Sign in or create a new account.

Begin Upload
- After signing in, navigate to the 'Upload' menu.
- Use the 'Browse' button to find and select your Zoom recording, or drag and drop it.

Specify Number of Speakers
- Input the total count of unique speakers from the meeting.

Include Vocabulary
- Populate the 'Vocabulary' field with specialized words, names, or acronyms for better accuracy.

Press 'Generate Transcript'
- Click the 'Generate Transcript' button to commence transcription.
Notes
- Ensure your file adheres to the 350MB size and 4-hour length limits.
- Audiogest supports all audio and video formats.
