Getting started
Share transcripts and documents with shareable links
Last updated January 28, 2026
Once you have generated a transcript or document, you can create a shareable link to quickly share it with colleagues, clients, or anyone else - no login required.
How shareable links work
- Open a file and click the share button on the top right
- Choose which content to include: transcript, document, or both
- Copy the generated link and send it to anyone
The link opens a read-only view where recipients can read the content, copy text, or download as a Word document.
Good to know
- Public link - Anyone with the link can view the content
- Snapshot - The link contains a copy of your content at the time of creation. If you update the transcript or document afterwards, you need to update the existing one. This can be done from the same menu as where you first created the link.
- Expires automatically - Links expire after 30 days. After this period the content will not be accessible from the link.
- Revoke anytime - You can delete the link at any time to remove access
- Linked to your file - If you delete the original file, the share link is also deleted
